If the Sky Falls, We’ll all Catch Larks or The Postmodern Prometheus

skylarks-225x300
Written by Nick Wood
Directed by Nicholas Barton-Wines
February 2013

Set loosely in 1816 when a volcanic eruption led to “The Year of Winter”, the voices of Mary Shelly & Joseph Turner are used to discuss disasters and creativity while they wait to see if the sky will fall.

Originally written for an art piece, with the script was projected onto a wall, this recording is the first vocal performance of If The Sky Falls, We’ll All Catch Larks or The Postmodern Prometheus.

An audio play for Frequency Theatre.
You can listen to the play here.
